 * MLS Listing, Multiple Photos on MLS, Copy of Listing and all Signed Paperwork

 * Appointments scheduled with a Professional 24 Hour Showing Center and Confirmed by you, the Seller

 * Sign Riders that attract Buyers (per request)

 * Automatic daily updates sent by email with MLS comparable properties in your immediate area to monitor your price in                 comparison to other properties on the market

 * Feedback from every showing with negative and positive comments from Buyers

 * Once you receive an offer on your property, I will negotiate to get you the highest price possible

 * PURE Properties will provide you with weekly updates on the status of your transaction via phone or email by checking with

    Buyer's Lenders, Attorneys, Associations (if any) and prepare you for closing

 * PURE Properties will be at every closing with you and afterwards, too!

 

   BUYERS:

 * MLS properties emailed to you on a daily basis with your requirements, areas of your choice and pre-approved price

 * PURE Properties will schedule appointments on the properties chosen by you in an orderly fashion to make use of your time 

 * Once you choose your property of interest, PURE Properties will write an offer and negotiate on your behalf until a price and

    terms are finalized, using closed comparable properties of properties in the immediate area​

 * PURE Properties will schedule a Home Inspection with an Inspection Company of your choice or use a trustworthy company

   that we have used for several years

 * I will provide you with weekly updates on the status of your transaction via phone or email by checking with Lenders,

   Attorneys, Associations (if any) and prepare you for closing

 * PURE Properties will schedule a Final Walkthrough before you close

 * PURE Properties will be at every closing with you and afterwards, too!
